Dec 14, 2010. The place Panama City, Florida – school board meeting. Enter: Clay Duke , 56. Husband, and “gentle giant”, aggravated stalker, previous gunman, and depressed individual. Fired 14 rounds at school board members, was shot and then shot himself.

Angry at his wife’s firing from her job, he went to avenge her.  Now the world was rid of a psychopath but ended up with an unemployed widow. Either way we we are screwed and more importantly so is his wife.

On a more serious note, feel free to watch the video, the more graphic part is not at the end of this video you have to play part 2.

I would like to do a play by play just to make a point. As you watch, notice how people just ran out of that room scared out of their wits and as fast as they could because of one “idiot’s” possession of a gun. Scary for sure!

> At :21 seconds Clay spray paints the “V for Vendeta” on wall as people STARE.

> At :30 seconds these people who came to listen to the school board meeting, after having been granted permission by Clay, either engage in fight or engage in flight… mostly flight with some freezing and definitely some begging.

> At 1:00 Ginger Littleton comes bravely at Duke with her PURSE but seems to faint after her attempt fails. Notice everyone else that didn’t leave is still in FREEZE mode.

> At 3:29 the school safety officer, Mike Jones, arrives but refrains from causing any more panic(thankfully). Hooray! No Mall Cop Tactics!

> At 5:57 Clay fires.

Part 2:

News Report (extra)

Should we feel sympathy towards Clay Duke because of his depression, the effects of a failing economy on his family, his lack of healthcare benefits? I don’t really want to argue what you think you should feel.

What I will say is that what I noticed here was the way these people reacted when they were allowed to leave. They probably felt they made it out alive by the skin of their teeth and the last bit of mercy or sanity Clay Duke happened to muster to allow them all to go. (that was a mouthful) You get my point.

Think about it, this guy is dead, partly because a (nice guy) security guard was hanging around just keeping an eye open and a finger on the trigger.  Yeah,he happened to have a gun on him – thank God! (yes, I said, “GOD”)

So lets put it this way again, the current Federal Government would like to do away with the fifth amendment(did I say fifth? Wait that is another abuse of power amendment, I MEANT 2nd!) Back to my point, do away with guns because potentially there are enough psychopaths out there who could be pointing those guns at us and we need to make sure they cannot become armed. Yeah. That’s it!

Imagine that! Yes, the idea that only police officers or the government(employees) be the ones allowed to carrying guns puts me at ease.

No, it actually it should scare you to death. Just like Clay Duke scared those people and had them at HIS MERCY, yes, the government can do that to you too when it is only they with the power to carry a gun.

Luckily we will have our purses and man-bags to defend ourselves.

According to this report:

Seven Mexican Cartels have extended and based operations within 230 United States and Canadian Cities.  To what degree? To the degree that they now actually hold “office space” in these cities!!

In addition, their commercial enterprises extend into 17 North and South American Countries, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Barrio Azteca is of particular worry to the United states since it has become the primary bi-national criminal group within the country. The United States calls Barrio Azteca a “criminal insurgent” as revealed in the study “Bandas, Carteles, y Seguridad Nacional de los EU” or in English: “Gangs, Cartels, and National Security in the United States.”.

This report was deliverd by US Authorities to Mexian Senators who are related and work within the boundaries of Security & Justice.  It was to demonstrate part of the data that leads the US political powers that be to consider drug trafficing the PRINCIPAL threat to national security.

A copy was provided to Excélsior (Mexican Newspaper), and the document states that the US has fallen short in its attempt at combating the organized crime within the US territory. As well, the US cooperation with the rest of the “friend” nations who suffer from this problem has been lacking. “The US needs to foucs on cleaning is own house”  the report states.

The US needs to help in providing and supporting more efective anti drug cartel operations, provide an efective reduction on it’s use of drugs, and fight agains the culture of joining drug gangs and cartels, particularly among its school aged children.

Overcoming the cartels and assuring a secure future in these countries means dismanteling the infrastructure  and controlling them until they become of less impact to levels where they can be manged by local authorities.

A statement released by Congressman weasel Solomon Ortiz if chock full of in your face statements touting the continuing monies that will go to Mexico long after we manage to fix anything in regards to the border, security, drug cartels, etc.

Here is the email i sent out to friends. Feel free to copy and paste to your friends.

Friends,

I received a forwarded email from a friend, and have  highlighted the particular comments to this statement that our Congressman Ortiz of Tx D-27 has made. I believe that it is probably fairly standard copy and other congress/senate members probably released similar responses. Please make note of the highlighted areas. The italic comments are my personal comments. The repercussions of this ‘next initiative’ will be felt across the country, not just locally so please feel free to pass it along to other concerned voters and your candidates running for office.

ORTIZ RELEASES STATEMENT FOLLOWING PRESIDENT CALDERON’S ADDRESS TO A JOINT SESSION OF CONGRESS

To watch President Calderon’s address to a joint session of Congress, click here.

WASHINGTON–U.S. Rep. Solomon P. Ortiz (D-Texas) today released the following statement after the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon Hinojosa, addressed a joint session of Congress on Capitol Hill:

“This morning, President Calderon addressed Members of Congress – of both the House and the Senate – and shared concerns of Mexico’s current state of affairs. During President Calderon’s address to Congress, he spoke about the violence along the U.S.-Mexico border, the war on organized criminal activity, the country’s economic state, the dynamics of trade between both countries, current immigration policies in the United States and the strong ties Mexico and the United States have.

“I stand by President Calderon as we work to better the social and economic interests of Mexico and the United States. During his address today, President Calderon said he wants North America to be one of the strongest and most prosperous regions of the world. I too share that vision and goal. “In December 2009, Congressman Luis Gutierrez and I introduced a comprehensive immigration reform plan that is a step in the right direction for this country. (yes, mr. Ortiz, you introduced it, but you fail to mention you had absolutely ZERO part in actually DRAFTING the legislation)

(notice we are now a COLLECTIVE ‘North America’ and not only the United States)

“Through this bill we would ensure our borders are safe and secure while making certain millions of people who live in this country (illegally) have access to a path to residency and citizenship.

“Undocumented immigrants currently living in this country would have to register with the government, pay all taxes, pay a $500 fine, submit to thorough criminal and security background checks, learn English and U.S. civics to be considered for a six year conditional visa. After the six year period, those people living here with a visa are eligible to apply for residency. This bill would allow millions of people living in this country the right to integrate into this society. (the right? And these ideas do not specify who pays for the the english, civics lessons. the fine of $500 is a light penalty when you take into consideration the tax burden this implementaion will put upon the American tax payers as well as MORE bloated government!)

“We need a system that is tough on enforcement, fair to taxpayers, and our workforce. A new system that ends exploitation and abuses that are everywhere in our current system and I know this plan does that.

“This year marks the final year of the three-year Merida Initiative, and the U.S. Congress and President Obama’s administration are working closely, together with counterparts in Mexico, to develop the next phase of assistance. (see below for the numbers on the Merida Initiative)

“As I have emphasized, the new assistance package to Mexico must encompass investments in four critical areas: 1) assistance to help Mexico continue to disrupt the organizational capacity of the drug cartels; 2) efforts to strengthen Mexico’s institutional capacity to enforce the rule of law, particularly with respect to the judicial process; 3) investments in 21st century technologies and initiatives at our ports of entry that strengthen security while supporting vibrant cross-border trade and commerce and; 4) investments in social and economic development initiatives for local communities ravaged by violence and efforts to curb drug demand. (notice #1 and #2 are top and they all involve passing money along to mexico-AGAIN)

“I am committed to these causes and reiterate my support to President Calderon, his administration and the people of Mexico.”

Clearly stated, money will continue to roll into Mexico in the form of “benevolent” donations courtesy of the American Taxpayer. Thes donations that are supposed to stop the drug trafficing and illegal immigration. Right.

OH PLEASE, MR CALDERON. You know very well you make more money off the illegals working in the United States than you make off the people working in your own country. Of course, if you play the poor us game, not only do the remittances come in ( the #2 MONEY ECONOMY OF MEXICO – second only to OIL INDUSTRY!) but you also get cash roll-in from the USA for drug war you are supposedly trying to stop.

International Christian Concern (ICC) is reporting that a major effort is underway by Muslim countries (OIC) Organisation of the Islamic Conference)  to pass a UN resolution which they say would lead to persecution of Christian minorities.

At what point do countries REFUSE to submit to these WORLD Regulations?  I don’t know about other countries, but it seems to me that many citizens of the United States of America, including some of those that have thru illegal means arrived to our great nation have what I would like to describe as the independent gene: the innate desire to succeed and LIVE with little to no involvement from the government.

Americans, usually characterized as hard-working, independent, self-sufficient, fighting, determined,  and just (to name a few) are having these personal beliefs and ways of thinking challenged not only by a federal government but apparently now also a  global arm –  of the totalitarian kind.

Certainly, as we add generations to the population rolls, I my guess is that for every singular, lazy, socialistic, government dependant person added, human nature counters that by ADDING and nurturing a hard working, entrepreneurial, capitalistic, self-sufficient American – whether he be of recently immigrant parents or from the more established type.  (Perhaps this is wishful thinking on my part)

Anyway, I digress, yet again.

My experience is that, among the people I know. Libertarian, Conservatives, Democrats, Republicans, Independents or Moderates….if American…the same ideals really truly apply.  The basic “American” ideals of  “working, independent, self-sufficient, fighting, determined” still apply.  YES, REALLY.

Notice I didn’t mention the Socialist Democrats or Communists (hell-bent on CHANGING the American philosophy).

Many times, political beliefs have very little to do with the innate feelings of the individual. Thru my observation, I have found that if worded in a way that can be understood – most groups will respond in similarly to the question.

Example: Ask someone…

Do  you believe all Americans are entitled to affordable health care?

Vs

Do you believe all Americans should have affordable health care at the cost of a smaller group of individuals?

Point being, if you ask any person(regardless of political affiliation)- in this particular case,

DO you believe and support the idea that a smaller group, thru a global governing body, should override our American Constitution to the detriment of what Americans are allowed to say in their own backyard?

My guess is the reply you will get across the board, from any political group (except the Socialist/Communist) is a resounding NO.

Which brings me back to my original question.

At what point do [Americans] REFUSE to submit to these WORLD Regulations?  World regulations that at the root, not only silence our voices in our own back yard but spill over to how we might offend our neighbor ½ way across the globe or in our own neighborhood.

Regardless of what good you think the UN does . The fact of the matter is that the global heavy hand is looking to take OUR Constitution and render it useless.  A Constitution not only gave us freedom of religion, but freedom to express ourselves about things secular and religious – so long as in that process we were not harming or infringing on those opinions or religions.

This treaty/resolution intends to buffer a group from possible criticism from the rest of the world population.  Do I care or think that it is fair that citizens of the world be silenced?  Yes, but not so much that I want OUR countsubmitted to that kind of censorship.  Why?  Simply, because our AMERICA is held to a higher standard by way of  The Constitution.

Innately, most Americans carry the independent gene, preventing them from going along with something so controlling and sinister?  No?  At the very least on a “global” level?

Perhaps this proposed U.N. resolution on the “defamation of religions” will stall and not move forward. We however, must all be cautious as the seeds are out there, looking for fertile ground to root and sprout themselves.  Sinister, indeed. Without fear-mongering, beware when our country submits to a global governing will -now or ever.

From a Fox News article (link )

Critics give some recent news events as examples of how the U.N. “blasphemy resolution” has emboldened Islamic authorities and threatened Westerners:

— On Oct. 3 in Great Britain, three men were charged for plotting to kill the publisher of the novel “The Jewel of Medina,” which gives a fictional account of the Prophet Muhammad and his child bride. FOXNews.com reported U.S. publisher Random House Inc., was going to release the book but stopped it from hitting shelves after it claimed that “credible and unrelated sources” said the book could incite violence by a “small, radical segment.”

— An Afghan student is on death row for downloading an article about the role of women in Islam, FOXNews.com also reported.

— In December 2007 “a court reportedly sentenced two foreigners to six months in prison for allegedly marketing a book deemed offensive to Aisha, one of the Prophet Muhammad’s wives,” the U.S. government said.

— A British teacher was sentenced to 15 days in jail in Sudan for offending Islam by allowing students to name the class teddy bear Muhammad in November 2007.

— In February 2007 in Egypt an Internet blogger was sentenced to four years in prison for writing a post that critiqued Islam.

— In 2004, Dutch filmmaker Theo Van Gogh was murdered after the release of his documentary highlighting the abuse of Muslim women.

Update on this Resolution since Lou Dobbs Video.

Gladly Hillary makes a good point in this article.

The US secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, said atheists and believers were entitled to express their feelings about religion, and argued that “these differences should be met with tolerance, not with the suppression of discourse”.

Coming To A Street Corner Near You?

Aired on the heels of the Fort Hood Tragedy, I watched this video and admit I was expecting liberal MSM spin. However, I will admit I was impressed at the report.

Shocking revelation? Probably Not…I wonder if the citizens of NYC are slowing down enough to actually listen to the words being spouted by these “evil, self-declared hate mongers.”  Ok, so  evil and hate are MY words!  But self-declared mongers just doesn’t give the sentence the justice.

After watching the video, you have a few choices.

ONEBe proactive and spread the word to your #p2(blind liberal friends) or any friend for that matter…

TWO: Find a spot to stand, think about Obama (not Osama), Click your heals 3 times and quietly say : “There is no such thing as a RADICAL MUSLIM.  There is no such thing as a RADICAL MUSLIM. There is no such thing as a RADICAL MUSLIM.  Then take 2 asprin and call Obama in the morning.
